Now Hiring: Recreation Coordinator – Aquatics (Full-Time, Benefitted)

Si View Metro Parks is seeking an energetic and organized Recreation Coordinator to support a wide range of aquatics programs, including community classes, outdoor water activities, and daily pool operations. This full-time, benefitted position plays a key role in delivering safe, high-quality aquatics experiences for our community.

Position: Recreation Coordinator – Aquatics
Salary: Starting at $6,065 per month DOQ + benefits
Schedule: Full-Time, Salaried, Non-Exempt

About the Role: Working under the Recreation Supervisor – Aquatics, the Coordinator provides hands-on operational leadership, supervises staff, leads and supports aquatic programs, oversees logistics, assists with customer service and registration, and contributes to program development and marketing. The role involves frequent interaction with the public and teamwork across departments.

What You Bring:
• Experience planning, leading, and supporting aquatics programs
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to supervise, train, and support staff
• Operational knowledge of aquatic safety standards
• Proficiency with office software and recordkeeping
• Related education and aquatic certifications (or ability to obtain)
