Boot Fitter/Sales Associate

This is a full‑time, year‑round position. Starting hourly wage is $20–$25 per hour, DOE.
We are looking for someone who excels at engaging and educating customers about our specialty ski products, including backcountry and alpine skiing, as well as mountaineering, hiking, and trailrunning footwear.
We require two or more years of boot‑fitting or outdoor retail experience. A strong work ethic and genuine enthusiasm for mountain sports will go a long way in our high‑energy environment.

Requirements
- Two years of boot fitting experience
- Enthusiasm for winter sports and gear
- Excellent customer service
- Excellent communication skills
- Available to work weekends
Responsibilities
- Provide expert advice on ski equipment and outdoor gear, tailored to each customer’s needs
- Organize and check out rental equipment
- Become an expert across all product categories through training and hands‑on learning
- Participate in boot‑fitting training sessions and clinics
- Thrive in a fast‑paced, high‑energy environment
- Assist with cleaning, merchandising, receiving inventory, and working the front and service counters
