Recreation Coordinator – Aquatics

Location: Si View Metropolitan Park District
Salary: $5,906 – $7,549/month DOQ + benefits
Status: Full-Time, Salaried, Non-Exempt

This role involves planning, organizing, and leading a wide range of aquatic programs. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills, and be comfortable working in a dynamic, public-facing environment. Key responsibilities include:

  • Lead and supervise aquatic programs and staff
  • Ensure safety and cleanliness of aquatic facilities
  • Develop and evaluate community aquatic programs
  • Manage program budgets and contracts
  • Respond to incidents and maintain detailed reports
  • Handle registrations, customer inquiries, and marketing efforts

Work is performed at Si View Pool and outdoor locations. Physical activity and direct program involvement are required.
